Match Report: Inferno in fashion as ROUNDS march on

Another 2-0 (13-9, 13-3) result means ROUNDS are now one win away from reaching ESEA Advanced.

Contrary to popular belief, last night’s triumph over “WeWillWin” might not have been enough, just yet, to start the celebrations over a spot in ESEA Advanced. Nevertheless, the faith in the squad stays strong and the playoffs continue for us in the Upper Bracket.

In the wise words of Panu “p12” Schutschkoff we’ll march on one game at a time. The man in the middle also mentioned in the post-match interview that Inferno was left open by their opponents, who seemingly don’t really play it, and it showed. Complete dominance is the only way to describe what was left on the server, as ROUNDS slapped a whopping 13-3 Inferno on the scoreboard.

Seeing Dust2 being played was also rather interesting, since we hadn’t seen that map in our ESEA games all season long. It proved no different though, as that first map was also picked up by ROUNDS, 13 to 9.
