WATCH: Silmäasema and ROUNDS release a Finnish-language documentary about the athletes eyesight exam

The collaboration between Silmäasema and ROUNDS is shaping up nicely and we are proud to present our first longer-term production.

In this documentary, two of our CS2 main roster players Elmeri “ykis” Lind and Joel “jelo” Lentonen take on the athletes eyesight examination with the lead of sports optician Timo Koljonen from Silmäasema. Timo introduces himself and explains in great detail how eyesight is an esports player’s greatest tool, and how this new specialized examination can help in ways that a typical eyesight exam would not.

You also get to hear interesting facts from both Elmeri and Joel about their careers, for example about how they got into competitive gaming. Get to know the lads and their thoughts on how the athletes eyesight examination helped them with their performance!
