2. Delivery Terms
Products sold in the Rounds.gg online store are delivered via the Printful.com service. Printful is responsible for the production, packaging, and delivery of the products.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver orders within Finland.
Delivery Time
Products are manufactured after the order is placed.
– Production: approximately 2–5 business days
– Shipping: approximately 2–7 business days after production
Delivery times are estimates. RoundsGG Oy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on the contents of the order and the delivery address.
Shipping costs are always clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
3. Returns and Refund Policy
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-personalized products in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation.
Return Conditions
– The product must be unused and in its original condition
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing or delivery defect
Personalized Products
Personalized products are eligible for return and refund only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery.
The right of return does not apply to errors caused by materials provided by the customer (such as incorrect images, text, or files).
