ROUNDS soar in HLTV rankings after successful VRS point heist in Helsingborg

What’s next for the CS2 squad after placing themselves on the European circuit map?

ROUNDS placed 5-6th in the Esplay Elite Gaming #1 event in Helsingborg, Sweden at the beginning of the month. Taking big wins against a much higher ranked SAW, as well as MTX (Matrix), the main lineup propelled themselves back onto the international scene, snatching up over 700 Valve points to break into the Top 140 of the European VRS rankings. Additionally ROUNDS can now proudly call themselves the fourth best CS2 team in Finland, according to HLTV, only behind HAVU, ENCE and ex-CSDIILIT.

So what’s next for the roster? The trip’s success opened multiple doors. With VRS points gathered, we are now placed onto multiple shortlists across Europe, ready to be invited to other notable events. Even expanding to the new Elisa Open Suomi seasons, these VRS invites seem to be the norm nowadays, so this was a very important feat and a good milestone for the team. It’s only a matter of time seeing where it will take us.

The tail-end of our ESEA Advanced regular season continues on Wednesday the 13th in what should be a very exciting game against Virtus.pro‘s academy team VP.Prodigy, even if we have already reached the playoffs! Tune in on Twitch or YouTube at 21:00 EEST tomorrow, unless rescheduled. For all up-to-date match info, join the Discord and give yourself the “CS2 Follower” role!
